During our sessions, you will be free to speak whatever comes to mind with no pressure or direction to talk about a particular “problem.” This freedom of expression will reveal many important things about you. By exploring or “analyzing” collaboratively what you do or do not say and your feelings at those moments, we will come to understand what your difficulties and symptoms mean to you.
We will understand how they protect you from further discomfort and pain but may also keep you stuck. You will understand why you are who you are, and you will grow and change.
With increasing self-awareness, you will begin to acquire an ability to self-analyze, giving you added tools to help you every day.
